As a local Realtor, I'm always looking for communities that offer something a little different, and Blair Estates is definitely one of those neighborhoods.

Located in the southwest area of Palatka, Blair Estates is a private gated community designed for buyers who value space, privacy, and a quiet lifestyle. Unlike many newer developments that pack homes closely together, every property in Blair Estates sits on approximately one acre, giving homeowners room to spread out and enjoy their surroundings.

For years, only a handful of homes existed within the neighborhood, but that's beginning to change. New homes are actively being constructed, primarily by Goat Construction, bringing fresh opportunities for buyers who want a newly built home in an established gated setting.

One of the biggest advantages of Blair Estates is its location. Residents enjoy the peace of country-style living while remaining just minutes from everyday conveniences. The community is less than two miles from major shopping destinations including Walmart, Publix, and the future Aldi location. Its proximity to the intersection of State Road 19 and State Road 20 also makes commuting around Palatka and throughout Putnam County convenient.
